Senior Learning Product Manager

We’re working with a successful management consultancy who have specialised expertise in strategy, operations, risk management and transformation across a diverse range of industries.

Role

As the Senior Learning Product Manager, you will lead breakthrough initiatives that empower colleagues across the firm to own their growth and accelerate their impact. From local office programmes to cutting-edge performance support apps and AI-powered solutions, you will play an integral role in creating a portfolio of products that help employees build new habits and sustain lasting behavioural change.

You will play a key role in performance support across the organisation and identifying learning solutions at the point of need by analysing gaps across the business.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Strong experience in Learning Product Management, Talent Development or organisational development.
• A passion for learning, encompassing human-centred learning with an agile approach.

• Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• This role will suit someone with previous experience gained within a management consulting, professional services, global technology, or other global firm
