Role

In this role, you will take the lead in designing blended learning materials, tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners. You’ll oversee the production process and line manage the digital learning team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning solutions.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Proven expertise in scripting and storyboarding blended learning materials and applying adult learning theories
• Extensive experience collaborating with subject matter experts
• Proficiency in utilizing learning experience platforms (LXPs)
• Leadership and management experience within a learning design environment
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage outsourced projects with external suppliers and agencies
