Our client, a global food manufacturing leader, is actively seeking a Digital Learning Platform Lead to join their team on a critical 6-month full-time contract.
Role
As the Digital Learning Platform Lead, you’ll be spearheading the implementation of Thrive LXP with a consultative mindset, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance. Your hands-on expertise in digital product ownership will be crucial as you work to maximize platform utilization and tailor learner pathways for heightened engagement. Additionally, you’ll lead the charge in modernizing digital learning through innovative approaches like gamification, podcasts, and AR/VR, aiming to enrich the overall learning experience.
Person
The successful person will have the following experience:
- Implementing Thrive LXP with a consultative approach, driving seamless integration and optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in all facets of digital product ownership, including maximizing platform utilization and crafting learner pathways for enhanced engagement.
- Overseeing the creation of modern digital learning approaches such as gamification, podcasts, and AR/VR to enhance learning experiences.
Rewards
This contract offers the opportunity to work on a very exciting new project with a competitive daily rate of circa £425 per day outside of IR35.
