Head of L&D

Our client is a London based management consultancy firm who have global partnerships working with clients in every sector from hubs across Asia and the Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Role

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and operations teams (6 staff members). 
• Proactively lead new learning initiatives to support the L&D strategy, from concept and needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation of the impact of learning to the business, in all modalities to enable learning anywhere, anytime.
• Manage the end-to-end experience of our core programmes and further education options, including a clear engagement strategy.
• Build strong relationships across the consulting business and operate as a trusted advisor to provide optimum L&D advice and guidance to individuals, line managers and Leaders.

This contract offers the opportunity to work predominantly remote and at a competitive daily rate (outside IR35) for one of the UK’s leading management consultancy firms.
