Instinct is currently working with our client, a leading charity, to find a Digital Learning Manager to join their organization.

The role
This position is within the L&D team. As the Digital Learning Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of engaging, accessible, and user-friendly digital and multimedia content. Your responsibilities will include integrating innovative technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and managing their LMS.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Develop and implement a digital learning aligned with the overall learning and development goals.
- Design and market effective digital and multimedia learning content, conducting needs analysis and recommending solutions.
- Manage and maintain the LMS, including creating career pathways.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will be:
- Skilled in curating and creating engaging digital content, with experience using E-Learning authoring tools and managing LMS platforms.
- Understands the role of digital in blended learning and excels in promoting and maintaining digital learning systems.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player focused on solutions.
