Our client, a global law firm, is looking for an Instructional Design & Curriculum / Leadership Development Manager.
Role
The successful candidate will be leading on the design and delivery of high-quality innovative blended learning solutions for the firm. You will manage all projects ensuring they are scoped and follow best practice in design and development. You will also manage all content design including the maintenance of the business school’s management and leadership programmes.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Previous experience developing management and leadership programmes.
- Proven track record in managing the complete learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning.
- Strong planning and project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to think creatively and deliver innovative solutions to a high standard consistently
- Full UK right to work.
