Learning Technologist

Instinct is working with an esteemed education body which offers a range of learning qualifications on a range of specialist subject areas. In recent years, they have invested heavily in their learning technology infrastructure and are consistently looking to advance the digital learning provision they have on offer.
They are looking for a Learning Technologist/eLearning Officer to join the team on a temporary basis, as an interim support to cover a short term staff absence. The purpose of the role will be to administer the Moodle VLE, and manage further educational technology tools such as Turnitin and Panopto. Aside from this, the successful post holder will be responsible for supporting academic staff and students with any queries relating to these tools. As well as this they are also looking for an individual to promote LinkedIn Learning to the academics within the organisation, as this is an area they are further investing in.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Managing VLEs, specifically Moodle
- Panopto, Turnitin, and other common educational technology tools
- Working in a higher education environment
- Supporting academic staff and students with learning technology queries
