Learning Technologist / eLearning Developer

We’re partnering with a leading technical organisation that specialises in the Cyber Security space, working with organisations across Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, and many more.
Role
The role is best suited to someone with strong platform management skills and a working knowledge of eLearning tools and instructional best practices, with a willingness to grow their design and development capabilities.
You will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital platforms, as well as assisting in the creation of engaging digital learning content using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, or H5P.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Proven experience administering or supporting an LMS
- Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC)
- Understanding of digital learning platforms, content packaging, and hosting
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of instructional design and learning theory
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
