Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Learning & Development (L&D) portfolio within a leading aviation organisation. This role will focus on overseeing essential learning programmes, including compliance, health and safety, while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer experience across a workforce of approximately 33,000 employees.

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving delivery across a mixed methodology environment, transitioning from waterfall to agile.

Core priorities for the platform include:

• Drive project delivery across a mixed methodology environment, transitioning from waterfall to agile
• Plan projects end-to-end, including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
• Maintain and manage risk logs and action logs
• Hold stakeholders accountable for timely delivery and outcomes
• Gather, analyse, and use insights to inform decision-making and programme improvements
