- Previous experience in a customer-facing learning and development position, ideally within a commercial or consultancy environment.
- Ability to manage learning projects from initial concept through to delivery, including solution planning, consultation, requirements gathering and the development of tailored learning interventions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior leaders through consultations, interviews, workshops, presentations and design discussions. The ability to explain and defend design decisions constructively is also required.
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements and incomplete briefs, with the ability to turn initial ideas into clear, practical and effective learning solutions.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach, building effective working relationships across immediate teams and the wider business.
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning and development, with a focus on creating engaging learner experiences that deliver measurable value for organisations.
