Instinct is working with a global managed learning services provider, delivering L&D consulting and learning technology solutions to major enterprises worldwide. They are expanding their consultant network to support growing demand for Docebo implementation work across the US, Canada and Europe.
Role
Functional consultants must have hands-on platform configuration and administration experience, as well as experience managing integrations on small-to-mid-sized projects and strong functional understanding of Docebo setup and rollout.
Person
The successful person will have:
- A Docebo Pro Certification or be happy to go through this.
- Experience implementing, configuring or rolling out Docebo.
- Working with clients/stakeholders to understand learning, business and user requirements.
- Managing courses, learning plans, enrolments, catalogues, user groups, branches and permissions.
- Configuring the platform to support different learner journeys and organisational learning strategies.
- Client/stakeholder management
- Experience creating reports, dashboards and analysing learner data.
- Understanding how Docebo connects with HRIS, CRM, identity management and other business systems.
- Ability to support data/content migration, testing, UAT and go-live.
- Change management & adoption
- Be able to work within timelines, managing risks/issues and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
