Our client is a global leader in skills and talent development, and they are currently looking for Saba LMS Administrators to support a large global learning technology programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on exposure to the Saba Learning Management System who is looking to gain deeper experience working within a large, enterprise learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of the Saba LMS platform
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Assist with course uploads, catalog management, and learning assignments
- Troubleshoot basic LMS issues for learners and stakeholders
- Run reports on training completion, learner activity, and compliance
- Support configuration updates and general learning operations tasks
- Work with internal learning teams to ensure training content is functioning correctly in the LMS
- Assist with data management and system maintenance activities
Requirements
- Experience working with Saba Learning Management System
- Previous exposure to LMS administration or learning operations
- Experience managing user accounts, course enrollments, or reporting within an LMS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic platform issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Experience within Learning & Development, HR systems, or training environments is preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional LMS platforms such as Docebo
- Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise
- Experience supporting training or compliance programmes in a corporate environment
