The Client

The Role
This is a hands-on Learning & Development role focused on sales performance and coaching.
You will work closely with recruitment consultants across the business, providing on-desk coaching, call shadowing, and real-time feedback to help individuals develop stronger commercial skills and improve performance.
The role also involves designing and delivering targeted training initiatives to support consultants at every stage of their career, from new graduates through to experienced hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on sales training through live call shadowing, desk-side coaching, and one-to-one mentoring
- Support consultants in developing key recruitment skills including sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and development opportunities
- Design and deliver training workshops and learning initiatives
- Support onboarding and development of new starters through the Graduate Academy
Essential Experience
- Background in agency recruitment or executive searchwithin a high-performance environment
- Experience delivering sales training, coaching, or Learning & Development programmes
- Strong ability to coach consultants through call listening, shadowing, and real-time feedback
- Confident communicator who can provide constructive feedback and build strong relationships
- Highly proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling business
