The company partners with employers to create pathways for individuals, including those without traditional university degrees to be hired into paid roles where they learn on the job and develop in-demand skills.

Role

You’d be involved in designing technical, instructor-led demonstrations that bring complex cloud and software testing concepts to life, while supporting the development of structured learning programmes in these areas.

The role includes contributing to instructional design and e-learning content, helping to shape engaging, pedagogically sound materials that meet learner needs. You would also structure live session resources, including Google Slides and detailed speaker notes, ensuring sessions flow clearly and effectively. Alongside this, you’d act as a subject matter expert, advising on technical accuracy and making sure all content remains relevant, practical, and aligned with real-world application.

Experience needed:

• Python and software testing SME knowledge
• Experience designing technical, instructor-led demonstrations
• Familiarity/experience designing cloud or software testing programs
• Strong instructional design skills
• Experience in e-learning content creation, including building within LMS, content authoring (inc. for multimedia)
• Experience in designing live sessions in Google Slides, both slides and speaker notes
• Identify opportunities to enhance training delivery by utilising existing training methods and media
• Promote and uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
