Competitive day rate (DOE) Hybrid working, with 1 day a fortnight in Greater Manchester

Instinct is working with leading education provider in Greater Manchester who are currently undergoing a significant transition project in virtual learning environment (VLE) providers. They are seeking an individual to provide ticketing and 1st line technical support to staff and students with queries on the platform while the new VLE undergoes the large migration. The position will be a 12 month contract and is the ideal opportunity for an individual looking to expand their technical expertise within the education sector.

The Person

The ideal candidate:

Must have previous experience with Blackboard or Blackboard Learn VLEs
Experience with ticketing and 1st line technical support
Experience with the Turnitin online platform
A self-starter personality who is able to manage their own queue of tickets
Experience escalating tickets to higher-line support where necessary
