The Client
Our client is a global management consultancy working across sectors including energy, financial services, healthcare, and consumer products. As part of their ongoing commitment to capability building, they are investing in the evolution of their internal sales training offering.
The Role
This is a project-based Learning & Development role focused on transforming sales capability across the organisation. You will take an existing 1-day sales methodology module (currently aimed at senior managers) and evolve it into a comprehensive 5-day training programme designed for employees at all levels.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will shape and propose a new approach to sales training, bringing in external methodologies, best practices, and innovative ideas to enhance and expand their current framework.
This is a consultative role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, design learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a 5-day sales training programmetailored to a consulting environment
- Convert existing high-level material into a structured, progressive learning journey
- Introduce and embed external sales methodologies and best practices
- Work closely with stakeholders to shape, refine, and present your proposed approach
Essential Experience
- Experience designing sales training programmes within management consultancies
- Strong understanding of consulting environments, business development and sales cycles
- Proven track record in workshop design and facilitation
- Ability to bring innovative sales approachesinto an established business
