We are partnering with a globally recognised organisation at the forefront of learning and talent development to recruit a Saba LMS Administrator. This organisation delivers large-scale, enterprise learning programmes that support workforce transformation across multiple regions and industries.
As part of their growing learning operations team, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing their Saba Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for users worldwide. This position offers the chance to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where learning innovation and operational excellence are at the core.
This opportunity is suited to someone with Saba LMS experience who is eager to expand their technical capability further and gain experience supporting a complex, global LMS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the Saba LMS
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls with a high level of accuracy
- Support course creation activities including uploads, catalogue management, and assignment of learning programmes
- Act as a first point of contact for LMS-related queries, troubleshooting issues for learners and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Generate and analyse reports on learner activity, training completion, and system usage
- Assist with system configuration updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with internal learning and content teams to ensure training materials are accessible, functional, and aligned with programme requirements
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of data integrity and user experience across the platform
