The Client
Our client is a digital learning agency specialising in engaging, modern training designed for today’s workforce. They are known for creating high-impact microlearning content that is concise, engaging, and practical, helping organisations transform training into something people actually enjoy.
The Role
This is a hands-on Operations & Project Management role focused on running and scaling day-to-day delivery across digital learning projects. You will play a central role in coordinating projects, managing freelance talent, and ensuring smooth operational processes across the business. Acting as the “glue” between teams, you’ll ensure that projects run efficiently, deadlines are met, and quality remains consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital learning and content projects
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk logs
- Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Support quality assurance and consistency across outputs
- Ensure seamless handovers between strategy, creative, and delivery teams
Freelancer & Resource Management
- Act as the main point of contact for freelance talent
- Manage onboarding, briefing, scheduling, and performance
- Allocate the right resources to the right projects
- Source new freelancers and external partners as needed
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations and internal processes
- Maintain project management systems, documentation, and reporting
- Support finance processes (invoicing, PO tracking, budgets)
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Oversee annual compliance course review cycles and content QA
Client Support & Communication
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture actions, and track progress
- Build strong relationships through organisation and responsiveness
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or agency environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
