Learning Designer

We’re working with one of our valued clients who is currently seeking a Learning Designer to join their current digital learning team. This candidate will play a crucial role in analysing and designing blended, innovative learning experiences aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and engagement of the client’s educational materials.
Role
The learning designer will work with the rest of the project team, wider L&D team, stakeholders, and SMEs to design the lesson plans and learning assets required to facilitate the delivery of the ‘New Recruit’ training programme.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Must have strong, prior experience as a learning designer (scripting and storyboarding from scratch)
- Solid application of principles of Learning Theories, Strategy, Learning Pathways, Curriculum / Learning Experience Design, and Educational Technology.
- Must have blended learning experience
- Experience working with SMEs to translate complex information into clear, effective learning experiences.
