Instructional Designer / Technical Writer

We are currently working with a well-established organisation that focus on cybersecurity across various sectors and offer range of services which protect critical infrastructure. They are currently creating engaging learning for their customers who use their platform to ensure they can find their way around and use it with ease

Role

They are currently looking for a Technical Instructional Designer who is skilled across the full end to end process of design and development as well as having a creative flair and able to use the Adobe Creative Suite.

You will work with SMEs as well as looking into the system yourself to create engaging learning for their customers.

Once you have written the content, you will then develop it using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise and will create graphics to enhance the look and feel.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Technical Writing and Instructional Design experience
• Experience with eLearning Tools such as Articulate Storyline
• Will be confident creating graphics within the Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of Instructional Design Principles
• Experience Collaborating with SMEs
• Content Creation for Diverse Learning Formats
• Familiarity with creating content for various learning formats (e.g., video scripts, infographics, quizzes, interactive modules)
• Happy to go onsite in London once a week
