Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our client on a large-scale digital transformation initiative. They are seeking an End-to-End Instructional Designer to lead the creation of engaging compliance eLearning content. You’ll play a crucial role in transforming existing training into interactive, digital experiences that meet global compliance standards.

Working closely with stakeholders and internal teams, you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality learning solutions within the defined project scope and timelines. Using your expertise in instructional design and digital authoring tools, you’ll develop innovative learning experiences that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Skillset required:
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Extensive experience designing and developing end-to-end learning programs, with a focus on financial compliance and regulatory standards.
  • eLearning Development: Proficiency in Articulate Rise/Storyline, with a strong track record of creating interactive, multimedia learning experiences that engage and educate.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage stakeholder relationships, track project milestones, and deliver high-quality outputs within the defined timeline.
  • LMS Integration: Familiarity with Docebo LMS or similar platforms, ensuring seamless content deployment and learner tracking.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to engage with global stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver tailored learning solutions
