Digital Learning Designer
MW DLD 1903
Company
We’re currently working with a global law firm with a large international presence, working in a highly regulated, professional services environment. Their learning team operates in a very structured, agency-style way and delivers digital, blended, and strategic learning projects across the business.
Role
This role sits within their digital learning team and is focused on leading the design and delivery of blended and digital learning solutions, rather than hands-on development. You’d be managing projects end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders across the business (including legal / knowledge teams), and collaborating with global IDs and developers.
The work includes scoping new learning solutions, agreeing on design approaches, managing the full lifecycle (design, prototype, review, delivery), and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. They’re particularly keen on someone comfortable advising stakeholders, working in a structured process-driven environment, and helping move learning towards more blended and technology-enabled solutions, including some experimentation with AI.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience in learning design, project leadership and learning strategy (Bonus – professional services, legal, finance, or other regulated sectors)
- Experience with blended and digital learning solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Ability to translate complex subject matter into engaging, evidence-based learning
