Blended Learning Designer

We’re currently supporting a leading global sustainable packaging organisation who are looking for a Blended Learning Designer to support a frontline leadership development programme.

Role

As the Blended Learning Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions as part of a frontline leadership development programme. You’ll work across a range of learning formats, combining digital, virtual, workshop and facilitator-led approaches to create effective learning experiences.

Experience within frontline leadership development, blended learning, behavioural or soft skills development is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face formats
• Supporting the development of a frontline leadership development programme
• Creating engaging workshop and facilitator-led learning experiences
• Working across leadership, behavioural and soft skills content
• Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop relevant learning solutions
• Ensuring learning is engaging, practical and aligned to programme objectives

Experience needed:

• Proven experience as a Blended Learning Designer, Learning Designer or similar
• Strong experience across digital, virtual, workshop and facilitator-led learning
• Experience designing learning around leadership, behavioural and soft skills
• Frontline leadership development experience is highly desirable
• Strong instructional and learning design capability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple learning deliverables
