Learning Project Coordinator

We’re working with a well-established, purpose-led organisation in the marketing sector to hire a Learning Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to step up into a role where you’ll own the end-to-end development of learning products, working closely with subject matter experts, clients, and internal teams.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the creation and delivery of professional learning content, including online, face-to-face, and blended courses. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine project management, content development, and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of course and qualification development
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to create engaging, high-quality content
- Reviewing and editing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives
- Overseeing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects
- Supporting the development of assessments (e.g. exams, assignments, question writing)
- Working with marketing teams on course launches and positioning
- Collaborating with design and learning technology teams to produce engaging formats
- Supporting client delivery and ensuring a high-quality learner experience
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You might currently be a Project Coordinator, Learning Coordinator, or similar, looking to take the next step.
We’re looking for:
- Experience in an education or marketing environment
- Experience coordinating projects involving content or training materials
- Strong written communication skills, with confidence editing and reviewing content
- Experience working with stakeholders or subject matter experts
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset and confidence to ask questions and drive progress
