Technology Training Consultant

We’re partnering with a prestigious global organisation to find a Technology Training Consultant to join their international Digital Adoption team. Our client is a leading global professional services firm, operating across multiple international markets with a strong presence in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative, user-focused learning experiences across a diverse technology landscape.

The Opportunity

This is a highly varied, end-to-end role where you’ll blend consultancy, instructional design, and delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the Netherlands, Germany and wider global network to ensure training is engaging, relevant, and drives real impact.

You’ll be:

• Designing modern, scenario-based learning (ILT, virtual, and asynchronous)
• Delivering high-quality training across a range of technologies
• Creating engaging content using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia or similar tools
• Acting as a Product Training Lead for key systems
• Partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve digital adoption
• Contributing to global training strategy and innovation initiatives
• You will be partnering with offices in Germany, where the role will require travel as part of this

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong instructional design expertise with a passion for emerging technology and user experience.

You’ll bring:

• End-to-end training design and delivery experience (ILT + digital learning)
• Strong eLearning authoring skills and content creation experience
• Confidence working with stakeholders and consulting on training needs
• A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to modernise learning approaches
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience working across multiple systems or platforms
• Experience working with Microsoft tools and designing and facilitating learning on these tools
• German Language skills
• Be a visible and reliable global team member, sharing insights and networking opportunities.
• A proven interest in both emerging technologies and adult learning techniques.
• Clear communication in verbal, written and digital formats.
• Ability to think in an outcome driven way so training is most impactful.
• Energy and ideas to modernise the way we help users understand software.
• Curiosity to explore new technologies, formats and styles, including animation and design.
