Learning Experience Designer

Our client is an edtech organisation creating a new platform for teachers and students to access learning/assessments. They require a Learning Designer with experience in the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programmes (IB MYP). A specific focus in science would be hugely beneficial.

Skillset required

• Deep understanding of the IB Middle Years Programme, especially its assessment approaches and needs.
• Strong instructional design skills that include content structuring, assessment creation, and pedagogical scaffolding.
• Experience with participatory design methodologies and user research in educational Contexts.
• Basic prompting skills and comfort using generative AI tools (ChatGPT & Gemini) for curriculum design.
• Clear communication and feedback skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Comfort with new platforms and technologies.
• MUST HAVE experience with the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programmes.
