IT Systems Trainer (Public Sector)

Our client is a consultancy firm working with a public sector body who are planning to train its staff on several new core systems being implemented into the organisation.

Skillset required

• The ability to deliver training in a clear, interactive, and user-friendly manner.
• Deep knowledge of various systems and experience delivering training both virtually and face-to-face to staff learning a new system.
• The ability to provide ongoing support and resources post-training to help staff adapt to new systems/processes.
• The ability to measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• High-quality English speaker
• Experience working with any Police force across the UK.
