German Speaking Leadership Trainer

Working with one of Instinct’s established clients who offer employee engagement consultancy and will involve running sessions based throughout Germany.
Company
This company has a large logistical client who require an experienced Trainer who is able to go onsite to carry out their Leadership training.
As they are a global organisation, they have employees all over the world who are upskilling, particularly at middle management level.
They focus on ways of thinking, changing behaviours and transform performance.
Role
Working with a great team and partnering with their fantastic client who will be co-creating and delivering learning programmes and engagement experiences.
You will travel to various sites across Germany where you will deliver engaging, high level training to middle management to ensure they are developing the relevant skills and knowledge to become the best at what they do.
Person
The successful person will be:
- Passionate and enthusiastic about individual and leadership development
- Fluent within German (business level)
- You will have a strong training background and be confident when delivering high level training
- Leadership training experience is preferred
Rewards
Working at a competitive daily rate circa £400 per day, this role offers flexible working with part time or full time positions available.
