Software Training Specialist

Role

The client is looking for a Software Training Specialist to support in the delivery and coordination of effective and engaging technical training that is tailored to academic disciplines or key industries. Applicants must have excellent communication and networking skills and extensive experience in delivering digital skills training, specifically in software. You will be the bridge between students, academics, and digital skills, making sure the training is relevant, engaging, and helps learners be better prepared for their studies and future jobs.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Must have strong knowledge of advanced Excel and Microsoft products with exposure to Power BI, Python, or R.
• Experience delivering effective face-to-face software training within a university or Higher Education setting.
• Proven experience in learning event coordination – planning, preparing, and keeping track of courses and activities.
• Experience supporting learners of all skill levels, helping them grow confidence and independence through training and drop-in sessions.
