We’re working with a boutique leadership consultancy that’s making waves in the world of collaborative culture and behavioural transformation. They work closely with teams to build stronger alliances, using deep behavioural assessments, team surveys, and leadership insights.
Role
We’re on the lookout for a Learning Designer who can bring four 15-minute eLearning modules to life in Articulate Storyline.
The modules will focus on topics like the theory of collaboration, what makes an effective alliance, building a charter and soft skills and leadership fundamentals.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Proven experience developing eLearning in Articulate Storyline
- Strong grasp of learning design principles
- Ability to follow a script and bring content to life with visual storytelling
- Comfortable working to tight timelines
- Bonus: Experience with soft skills, leadership, or behavioural learning content
