This exciting opportunity is working with one of Instinct’s fantastic clients on a brand new project and offers flexible and remote working with occasional travel onsite in Hampshire.
Company
Working within the Defence sector, they cover everything across air, land and sea and offer a number of training courses for both military and private organisations.
This growing organisation specialises across national defence and have just won a bid for a huge new training project. They are currently looking to bring in a team of 6 learning professionals to create this blended training course using mostly online learning with some additional face to face training sessions.
Role
The successful person will be working with the team to ensure high quality and efficient learning is created to engage learners and upskill them in essential training.
The training needs analysis has already been carried out and they now require an experienced Instructional Designer who can write the DSAT content and develop this within either Articulate Storyline or Captivate.
This team are to be based fully remotely and will go onsite twice a month for team meetings in Hampshire (travel can be expensed).
Person
The successful person will be:
- Competent to work across the whole process of instructional design and development
- Will have solid experience within Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT)
- Happy to go onsite twice a month in Hampshire.
Rewards
This contract offers the opportunity to work on a very exciting new project with a competitive daily rate of up to £300 per day.
