The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional membership organisation, working across the business to support the delivery of strategic projects and long-term organisational growth.
As Business Analyst, you will work closely with Project Managers, Product and teams across the organisation to analyse business challenges, identify risks and translate findings into clear project plans and recommendations.
You will support both new initiatives and existing projects, from reviewing processes and creating blueprints through to problem-solving, delivery and post-project support. A key part of the role will be translating complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ Business Analyst experience
- Experience working as an internal/in-house Business Analyst
- Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholders
- Strong process mapping and business analysis skills
- Experience identifying project risks and recommending solutions
- Ability to create project plans, blueprints and clear recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex information for senior leadership
Desirable Experience
- Experience within a membership organisation
- Experience working across enterprise-wide transformation projects
- Exposure to systems or technology projects such as Microsoft Dynamics
