The Client
Our client is a recognised leader within edtech and they are now expanding into a new B2B offering, providing learning products directly to organisations.
This is a major strategic initiative, focused on building a new suite of AI-enabled B2B digital learning products. The programme is being led by a newly formed innovation team, creating a fast-paced, start-up style environment within a globally established organisation.
The Role
This is a Product Manager on leading the early-stage definition and development of a new B2B learning product portfolio.
You will sit at the intersection of product, learning design, and customer insight, working closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to shape what products should be built, why they matter, and how they will scale.
This role is less about delivery and more about product thinking; defining concepts, validating ideas, and building a roadmap for a new suite of learning products, including AI-enabled and scalable digital solutions.

Essential Experience
- Strong experience as a Product Manager
- Background in digital learning, edtech, or learning technology
- Experience defining and shaping B2B products

- Exposure to AI-enabled products or digital innovation
