Senior Instructional Designer (Security Cleared)

We’re working with one of our clients who are a well-established digital learning agency.  They’re currently working with an end client in the defence space that require a Senior Instructional Designer/Consultant.

Role

The Senior Instructional Designer/Learning Consultant will provide expert guidance and strategic input for a major learning programme. You’ll be responsible for helping reshape and redefine their approach to learning design, delivery, and standards around defence-focused digital learning content.

Person

The successful person will:

• Review and assess existing learning content and materials.
• Provide strategic recommendations for improving learning design, frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Develop and propose a cohesive structure for the learning programme.
• Ensure all design recommendations align with best practice principles, modern learning methodologies, and the client’s organisational goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to map out future development and implementation phases.
