Role

Are you a creative storyteller with a strategic mind? Someone who loves turning client challenges into exciting digital learning solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Learning Designer who has been involved in pre-sales work to join our client and help shape learning experiences.

You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity to lead the development of inspiring proposals and concept pitches that win work. You’ll interpret client needs, craft compelling digital learning concepts, and bring ideas to life through storyboards, mock-ups, and persuasive presentations.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Proven senior experience in the digital learning industry
• A strong grasp of learning technologies, instructional design, and engagement strategies.
• The ability to create persuasive visual and written materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage clients at all levels.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for innovation in learning.
