Our client, a global aviation organisation, is investing heavily in learning and development to support its ambitious growth plans. With strong leadership backing, they’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to help shape and scale their digital learning curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build engaging, interactive digital modules using Articulate 360.
- Create multimedia assets using tools such as Vyond and Camtasia.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to refine content and maintain high quality.
- Develop structured learning pathways for new starter training.
- Ensure all content is visually engaging, clear, and technically strong.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
Skills & experience
- 3+ years in instructional design / digital learning
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing modern, user-friendly digital learning assets previously created.
- (Nice to have) Aviation or technical training experience.
