We’re partnering with a UK-based Training provider who is looking for senior learning experience designers/developers to work on upcoming projects this year.
Role
As the Learning Experience Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing or developing impactful, user-centred learning solutions around various subject matters.
Person
The successful person will have:
- User-centred learning experience design
- Leadership content and branching scenario design
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of learning theories, UX principles, and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to create innovative, high-impact learning solution
- Expertise in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and more
