Role

This role requires someone who can provide direction and inspiration to drive strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Operational management and efficiency, business development, and delivering financial results, as well as experience working with L&D teams.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Experience leading business functions, ensuring smooth delivery of learning programs, improving operational processes, and driving efficiency.
• Implementing strategies to scale operations, manage financial processes, and drive business development.
• The ability to work with senior leadership across finance, HR, and commercial teams to align operations with broader business goals.
• Management of course delivery, logistics, budgeting, and business administration, ensuring seamless execution.
