Instinct are working with a fantastic, national client who require an experience Senior Learning Designer to join their growing team in their dedicated Learning Studio.

They are currently growing their learning department to meet the needs of business heads across the company and ensuring they are offering highly creative, engaging and interactive learning solutions.
This fast paced position will offer the opportunity to look into new learning technologies and highly creative solutions to create a range of blended and digital learning for a variety of departments across the business.
The role
This position is focused on the early stages of the design process and will involve working with stakeholders to understand the business needs, scope and map out the project offering a range of blended and creative solutions.
You will liaise with subject matter experts to gather information and create the learning content which will be put into a storyboard format and then passed to Developers who will create the final learning piece.
You will also be responsible for working closely with Developers to ensure everything is as required as well as quality checking along the way.
There may also be a need to deliver run through sessions with Facilitators ahead of any delivery.
