Instinct are currently working with our client, a leading enterprise system provider, to find an Instructional Designer to join their team to revolutionize the digital learning experience for their enterprise system customers.
About the company
Our client is a leading technology company specialising in IT service management solutions. Their customer-centric approach and commitment to innovation has established them as a prominent player in the industry.
As the company has continued to grow, it is no longer scalable to have trainers go to their clients and deliver training on their systems. Therefore, a major focus has been placed on their digital learning offerings.
The role
The successful applicant will work closely alongside the Head of Product and another Instructional Designer, where you will be instrumental in bringing the company's vision to life by creating high-quality learning experiences that align with curriculum specifications.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- End to end production of high-quality learning materials.
- Creating diverse content formats like videos, articles, and interactive aids.
- Following instructional design standards for consistency.
- Collaborating with SMEs for content gathering and review.
- Designing assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Maintaining and improving content over time.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 year’s of experience as an instructional designer.
- An inquisitive nature in order to really get the best information possible from SMEs
- A strong technical background, a degree in Computer Science or similar would be strongly advantageous
- Extensive experience designing and developing learning content specifically for software platforms or tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling you to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in working with common video and e-learning tools, demonstrating your technical proficiency and versatility in content creation.
The Rewards
As well as the opportunity to work within a leading enterprise system provider, you will also be working fully remotely on a salary of up to £60,000, with full private medical and equity packages available dependent upon time served with the company.
