Our client has an immediate need for an LMS Support Specialist to join the team on a short-term basis to bring the team back up to speed. They have recently experienced an extremely busy period which has led to a backlog of tickets and administrative tasks that need completing. Initially, you would work on the ticketing support system responding to student and staff queries before moving on to troubleshooting, student enrolment, and rolling over content.

Our client partners with universities to enhance their training provision. They do this by hosting and creating content with them on a global scale. 

The Person

As well as having experience working with VLEs in Higher Education, you will need the following skills:

  • Experienced with different VLE platforms (2 out of 3 from Moodle, Blackboard Ultra, and Canvas).
  • Used to working with a ticketing system. 
  • Ability to work independently and be comfortable troubleshooting solutions. 
  • Experience in the administration of the LMS platforms - cloning courses, enrolling students, making small edits to content, and getting new courses ready for launch.
