Our client is a UK-based provider of exhibitions/events, digital content and training for professionals and businesses looking to learn more about their specialism.
Role
You will be responsible for translating pre-existing eLearning modules into slides, exercises, and roleplays for use in virtual and classroom-based environments. The content will be centred around soft skills and financial advice, aiming to train new staff based in call centres across the UK.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Experience designing materials for both virtual and in-person environments.
- (MUST HAVE) Experience working with call centre onboarding staff.
- Experience translating eLearning content into instructor-led, virtual or classroom-based training.
- Full UK Citizenship.
- Strong English written and communication skills.
