Working with one of Instinct’s fantastic clients, this highly reputable defence organisation are looking to bring in an experienced Instructional Designer / Developer to work on a large new project.

They are about to start a large new project which will reach their employees on a global scale and will be a core programme for their development. 

Role


As an Instructional Designer / Developer you’ll have an exciting opportunity to be part of a large global project. Day-to-day, you’ll develop digital learning products such as eLearning, videos, toolkits and simulations for their weapons testing programme. You will liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the business to define their digital learning requirements, agree scope, write the learning content using Instructional Design methodology such as ADDIE and develop the learning using Articulate Storyline.


 
Essential Experience 
  • Proven experience within Instructional Design and Development. 
  • At least 2 years experience working in a defence or technical e-learning designer role.
  • Experience of working in a busy multinational company.
  • Able to provide a portfolio or work examples of creative E-Learning pieces you have created. 
  • Provide evidence of any formal learning/design qualifications obtained.
  • Experience using authoring tools including Articulate360, Storyline, Rise.
