Instinct is working with an esteemed education provider dedicated to supporting professionals working in a specialist sector with high quality education and standards of work. Having committed to the constant improvement of their education provisions and, in turn, the value of their work in the wider industry, they are now seeking a Digital Learning Manager to join their close knit and vibrant team. 

The Digital Learning Manager will work closely with team members to develop new digital learning technologies for the organisation, while managing existing and introducing new solutions to the organisations customer base. The successful place holder will be confident in advising on the direction of content design and development and the use of more interactive elements to ensure all learning content is of a high quality, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing. The content produced will range from video courses, webinars, training videos, and more, and the Digital Learning Manager would need to manage the platforms this content is housed on. Aside from this, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2 team members, though previous experience with this is not necessarily required. 

The ideal person will have experience with the following: 

  • Designing and developing new and renewing older digital learning content 
  • Experience managing a range of digital learning platforms and systems, and the ability to liaise with suppliers about any technical issues which may arise 
  • Hands on technical experience with LMS/CRM
  • Experience implementing project plans and following timelines within budget and to a high standard
  • The ability to propose new initiatives for excellent learning solutions
  • Familiarity with industry standard tool packages e.g., Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite
