<li>Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline (essential) and ideally Rise</li>
<li>Skilled at transforming SME content, recordings, and legacy materials into structured learning</li>

<h5><strong>The Role</strong></h5>
<p>You’ll play a key role in bringing digital learning to life — combining visual design and content skills to create engaging, high-quality learning assets.</p>
<p>Working closely with learning designers and consultants, you’ll transform storyboards into interactive modules, develop eye-catching visuals, and ensure everything aligns with brand and user experience standards.</p>
<h5><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Designing visually engaging digital learning content and assets</li>
<li>Creating animations, infographics, and supporting visual materials</li>
<li>Building eLearning modules from storyboards using authoring tools</li>
<li>Applying strong visual design principles (layout, typography, colour, imagery)</li>
<li>Collaborating with stakeholders to simplify complex ideas through visuals</li>
<li>Sourcing and managing stock imagery</li>
<li>Supporting QA processes including proofreading and user testing</li>
<li>Ensuring consistency from concept through to final delivery</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>A degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar</li>
<li>Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)</li>
<li>Exposure to eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Synthesia) is a big plus</li>
<li>Experience or interest in using AI tools in a creative workflow</li>
<li>Excellent PowerPoint skills</li>
<li>A strong creative eye and passion for design</li>
<li>Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop</li>
<li>Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>High attention to detail, especially in regulated environments</li>
