Instinct is currently working with our client, a global law firm, to find a Learning Technology Manager to join their team.

About the company

Our client is a leading global law firm specialising in personal, family and business law. They operate globally, having offices across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. 

The role

In this position, you will assume complete ownership of the organization's Learning Management System (Docebo), as well as lead the digital learning team by overseeing the team's development of captivating, inventive, and dynamic digital learning videos, and instructor-led sessions. These initiatives will be aimed at maximizing the advantages that numerous software systems offer to the business.

Your responsibilities will encompass
  • Management of the Digital Learning team, including delegating and managing individuals’ workloads whilst supporting their professional development.
  • Occasional hands-on end-to-end production of high-quality digital learning materials. 
  • Taking full ownership of the Docebo LMS.
What you’ll need

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing a digital learning team. 
  • Previous hands-on experience designing and developing digital learning content, especially for systems or software training. 
  • LMS Management experience, specifically Docebo. 
The Rewards

As well as the opportunity to work within a leading global law firm, you will also be working in a hybrid manner with 3 days a week on-site in central London and 2 from home, with a salary of up to £80,000.
