It’s that time of year again when we round up the team, pack up our bags and jump on the train down to the big smoke. With a week to go to the Learning Technologies 2018, preparations are well under way for our fifth visit to Olympia.
The largest show in the sector, Learning Technologies, has grown year on year and is expected to attract around 8,000 visitors. Spread over two halls, 200 exhibitors will be showcasing the latest technologies, developments and platforms in the learning world. If the number of exhibitors wasn’t enough to keep you busy, then the 150 free L&D seminars may do just that. The Learning Technologies conference is also set to be bigger and better than ever with 70 inspirational speakers and facilitators.
In line with the growth of the event, Instinct’s stand and presence has also expanded. As a supplier of interim and permanent Digital Learning personnel to the industry, it’s highly beneficial for the team to attend one of the most prominent events in the Learning and Development calendar. The event has a been an amazing success for us in the past and we can only see the same again for this years’.
During the course of 2017 we partnered with 4E Digital Learning, who provide online courses, workshops and consultancy services in Digital Learning to L&D professionals. On the 1st February they will be presenting in one of the exhibitions free seminars. Wil Procter, the Course Content Advisor for 4E Digital Learning will be exploring what the learning professional of the future looks like. The session will be interactive, giving the opportunity to visualise what the future holds for learning professionals, and examine the skills and attributes required for existing and emerging digital learning roles. We highly recommend attending Wil’s seminar - not only will it provide an interesting vision of digital learning roles - it could help you to future proof your career as a candidate and understand how to attract these candidates as a client.
The seminar is on the 1st February at 14:00 – 14:30 in Theatre 1, more details can be found on the Learning Technologies website.
For the fourth year running the amazing caricaturist Luisa Calvo will be joining us on our stand, creating your own digital caricature. We also have the chance for you to win your own personalised caricature that Luisa will create in her home studio – she can depict up to two people whether that be you and your partner, family member or even your pets! Simply drop a business card in to the bowl on our stand and we will choose a winner who will receive all the details in full.
Come and visit the team on stand F1, please get in touch with one of consultants if you wish to book a meeting in advance. Remember you can attend the exhibition and seminars for free by simply registering today.
