Our client is a UK-based trading association working in the financial services sector.
Role
As the Training Content Manager, you will be responsible for transforming the training curriculum and qualification offering including the Invoice Finance and Asset Based Learning portfolio. You will not only be responsible for managing the curriculum, but creating materials including scripting and storyboarding, and developing Digital Learning modules using authoring tools. This will involve working closely with members and key stakeholders to understand the training needs and requirements of the finance sector staff and develop learning pathways, whilst confirming content is technically correct and ensuring quality assurance.
Person
The successful person will be:
- (MUST HAVE) Experienced working within trade organisations in the financial services sector, training organisations specialising in financial services, or financial services membership bodies.
- (DESIRABLE) Experienced with Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending Sectors.
- Providing end-to-end production of high-quality learning materials and curricula, including conducting learning analysis, and writing design documents such as storyboards and scripts.
- Creating learning content in a variety of formats, including videos, articles, walk-throughs, and job aids.
- Experienced using authoring tools to create digital learning modules.
- Able to horizon scan and understand upcoming priorities.
- Able to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
