Instinct is working with an esteemed chartered body in the health sector, who are the lead organisation for their area of specialism. They provide a wealth of qualifications at different levels for professionals looking to enhance their careers with accreditations, and are recognised as a trusted, leading provider in this space. They are currently seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join their team and assist in consulting with a range of clients to understand their needs, and write proposals outlining ideas, suggestions of tools and creative input, and expected timescales. The ideal person will have client-facing experience, and will feel comfortable speaking with a broad range of individuals around how they can be best supported with their digital learning needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- End to end Learning Design
- Working in a client-facing capacity
- Being tech savvy and using Articulate Storyline
- Some interactivity, and ideally experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Consulting, coming up with ideas and recommendations for different clients
- Designing proposals
- Creating both face to face and digital materials
The contract will be initially for 6 months, with number of days per week varying depending on client need at that given time. Aside from a competitive daily rate, this contract also offers fully remote working, and the opportunity to work with a well-recognised chartered body who are the trusted leaders within their field of specialism.
