Project Manager (12 month FTC)

Instinct is working with an esteemed client in the awarding education space, and they are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead on the implementation and management of an ongoing investment project around some of their education programmes. The role will sit in the Learning and Development function, and will play a core role in the full end to end delivery of these new programmes.
The successful post holder will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, managing deadlines and budgets, asserting delivery timelines, and identifying potential risks. Aside from this, there will also be a need to manage the full lifecycle through, as well as being the key point of communication between different teams. The most suitable candidates will have demonstrable experience rolling out and implementing new processes and projects, while managing excellent relationships with stakeholders and third party suppliers. Furthermore, the ideal candidate would come from a background in Education, Awarding/Chartered Bodies, Apprenticeships providers, and Professional Education organisations in order to hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will have experience:
- Managing the full project delivery lifecycle for a number of large scale projects
- Rolling out and implementing complex project deliverables
- Qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 AGILE or Certified Scrum Master
- Utilising waterfall and agile methodologies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Driving action and accountability across multi-skilled and cross-organisation teams
- Communicating to an exceptional standard
- Working to deadlines and establishing delivery timescales
